Once you’ve finished paying for your website, we’ll send you an illustrated, personalised step-by-step user guide containing instructions for adding your own content and maintaining your website. We’ll also give you the main admin password for your website, and for your hosting control panel and Google account. Ongoing support is provided, subject to a fair usage policy which is outlined in our terms and conditions of business.
