What does it cost?

• The build fee starts at £500 – ^†but see note below
• Plus, you need to choose a maintenance plan (the maintenance fees for the first year will be added to the build fee):
  • Option 1: hosting, domain*, SSL certificate and a monthly housekeeping service to keep everything running smoothly – £160 per year
  • Option 2: as Option 1, plus page/post content management (changes to page/post text and images, and uploading/formatting/publishing your blog posts, as often as you like, subject to fair use) – £360 per year
  • Option 3: as Option 2, plus adding/editing products – price on application, depending on how many products you’re selling
  • Option 4: full store management. As Option 3, plus order/stock management – price on application, depending on how many products you’re selling

*The price covers .co.uk, .com, .org.uk and .org domains only; if you’d like a .wales or .cymru domain unfortunately the wholesale price is so high, I need to charge extra for these.

Optional extras

• My WordPress ecommerce website package includes the setup of your first 20 products, plus templates and a PDF basic WordPress user manual so that you can add more products in your own time (I’m always on hand to help if you’re stuck). If you’d like me to create all products for you, please let me know a bit more about the type of products you’ll be selling, and how many you need me to set up for you, and I’ll provide a quote.
• If you want to offer downloadable documents (for example PDFs) and you’d like some help in designing them and tidying them up, I’ll be happy to provide a quote once you’ve told me more about what you need
• If you need me to create custom icons or other illustrations for your website, let me know the details and I’ll work out a fair price for you
• Don’t have your social media accounts set up yet? I’ll do this for you as part of the website build, for free
• If you’d like your online store to be bilingual, the price will depend on the number of products you’re selling – please mention this when you request a quote
• If you want to use a payment processor other than PayPal, integration may cost more depending on the payment processor you want to work with
